ASES assignments typically last between four and six weeks. The maximum duration is six months, with the possibility of follow-up assignments when needed.
ASES applies a transparent and structured cost model for assignments.
Organizations requesting ASES expertise are subject to an annual client registration fee of USD 200 to support operational coordination and assignment management.
Assignment costs are determined according to:

- Level of Expertise Required
- Operational Requirements
Where applicable, costs may include:
- Expert Compensation
- Operational Expenses
- Travel
- Accommodation
- Mission-related Logistics
All financial arrangements are agreed upon transparently with the client prior to the start of each assignment.
In certain cases, ASES may mobilize public funding or donations to support specific assignments.
